Product Description
Application:
The line shall be used to produce small diameter single wall corrugation pipe in PVC, PP and PE raw material. Molding corrugation pipe with smooth inside and outside surface, and even ripple at one time by corresponding die; Used as wire and cable passing pipe, washing machine drain pipe, dust collector pipe and ventiduct; Small size corrugation pipe of 4-6.7 are used in car.
Brief introduction:
1. This line consists of extruder (SJ30/25, SJ45/25, SJ65/25, and SJ90/25), molding machine, moulds, air cooling unit, arithmometer, and crimper.
2. It can continuously mold thermoplastic PVC, HDPE, and LDPE corrugated pipes with different sizes: 40-160mm.
3. Molding unit adopts excellent steel modules, through heat processing, good wear ability and high reliability, which ensures the hardness and precision of the modules.
4. Together with special gears make the modules more stable in performance.
